Ticket buyers
The demo calculates the ticket subtotal from the server catalogue and selected quantity. A configured convenience fee and GST are then shown separately. The convenience fee represents the platform commission in the audited ticket calculation; there is no second commission added to the buyer’s total. Exact rounding is shown where necessary. The current demo rates and tax base appear below.
Configuration, not a live price promise
The real application uses versioned super-admin fee settings. This review demo has an explicitly separate illustrative configuration and does not read live admin data. Its initial 7% fee and 18% GST reflect the owner’s previously supplied figures; applicability and tax base still need tax review. Changing demo rates does not change real checkout pricing or existing demo orders.
Hosts & suppliers
The main application includes configurable host plans, supplier onboarding charges, supplier quotations, booking tokens, final bills and event boosts. These are separate products with their own checkout disclosures. Supplier commission and host settlement deductions are accounting items, not extra hidden charges applied to the demo ticket buyer. Current real plan prices and any applicable taxes must be confirmed in the main application checkout.
Where event funds go
The intended marketplace model retains configured platform commission and releases eligible funds to hosts and, where applicable, suppliers under approved booking and event-funds rules. The existing application supports staged release and recovery workflows, but this public demo makes no payouts or settlement promises. Provider product selection, KYC, timing, reserves, reversals and cancellation rules require explicit Cashfree/business approval before live use.
Refund implications
The illustrative ticket refund returns the eligible ticket base and excludes convenience fee and GST under the audited implementation. Read the exact cancellation deadline before confirming. This disclosure is subject to final legal/tax approval and is not a guarantee of bank-credit timing.
